CLE focuses on esoteric asset classes that traditionally do not receive significant attention from other investment advisory firms. We work closely with asset originating managers and help them create securitizations which they can market to investors with long-dated investment horizons. CLE’s extensive experience in interactions with rating agencies results in optimal securitization ratings that are sold in the private placement market.

Asset managers benefit from these CLE services by receiving a lower cost of capital funding and increased liquidity for these firms. The investors benefit from purchasing an asset class that may have been prohibited due to their in-house investment guidelines; however, our securitization offers them both asset diversification and the added benefit of a credit rating.
